If something goes wrong
- Damaged in transit— we ship a replacement at our cost, expedited if there's still time before your event, or refund it if a replacement can't arrive in time.
- Missed the committed delivery date — we refund that line item in full, regardless of whose fault the delay was.
- Wrong item shipped — we expedite the correct item at our cost and cover return shipping for the original.
Change-of-mind returns
Most items HelloExpo sells are printed or produced to order with your own branding — which means they generally can't be resold, so blanket change-of-mind returns aren't offered the way they would be for an off-the-shelf product. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible — the earlier in production an order is, the more we can usually do.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order reference and what's wrong — we handle every case directly, not through a supplier, since HelloExpo is the merchant of record for every order.
