Lead times
Stated lead times are the standard turnaround under normal conditions. Custom artwork approval, high order volume around major event seasons, or shipping disruptions outside our control can extend them — see Terms of Service for what happens if a committed date is missed.
Regulated and compliance-sensitive artwork
For customers in regulated industries (medical device, healthcare, and similar), our team checks print placement and quality on anything you upload — not the regulatory accuracy of claims made in that artwork. Confirming your own marketing or labelling claims meet applicable regulations remains your organisation's responsibility.
